Since 2013 I have been working as an Executive Coach (PCC), Trainer & Facilitator. 

The years of working in different disciplines of HR departments, including 16 years in various management roles, form a solid basis for my work as a coach and trainer for managers at all levels of an organization.

I completed my coach training (CUG) at CoachU Inc, OR, USA and am continually taking part in advanced programs (Lifelong Learning Programs) and supervision. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am certified at PCC level.

1:1 coaching with a focus on leadership and communication takes up most of my work - in over 1,400 coaching hours I have been able to support clients at all management levels. My clients come from organisations like, for example, Merck, Socionext Europe, EY, Ipsen Pharma, Sciex, ysura, Vifor Pharma, Roland Berger, Richemont Northern Europe, NTT Data, Gilead Sciences, amongst others.

My training courses have workshop character and focus on leadership, team development and communication. They are individually tailored to the needs of my customers.
