I am Samuela Zuliani, professionist in HR with 20+ years' experience in a multinational company and an Ontological Transformational Executive Coach.

My career has mainly been driven by the international environment: I have always worked with international teams and global functions.

As a HR I’ve always had deep commitment to developing people and fostering meaningful connections. Working with people resonates always strongly with me; indeed, each interaction is in my opinion, an opportunity for growth and learning. 

Always curious to explore new perspective, I decided three years ago, to become an Executive Coach, to combine my professional experience so far with my passion for developing people. I choose Escuela Europea de Coaching because I have always been fascinated about the language and how the language can drive our lives.

My coaching methodology is based on the assumption that:

“Language is generative: creates reality and shapes the future”

“Through our conversations we transform the world and create new realities” 

Through questions and a skillful work on coachees' language, judgments, emotions and using the concept of linguistic distinctions, I help my clients to assume new and different points of view with respect to what happens, to find new spaces for action and establishing new extra-ordinary conversations with ourselves and with others.

As an example of my style I share here a comment I received from on of my coachees, transitioning to a new role in a new Country. We worked not only on hte professional side, but also on the personal one: 

"The coaching process was transformative, extending beyond work life. It helped me recognize strengths and weaknesses, turning the latter into growth opportunities. The structure we worked with aimed at analyzing my concerns and anxieties linked to the change of role and country that I was going through at that specific moment and find solutions that in fact came from my own past experiences. I was able to identify challenges already faced. This guided me through change. Reflecting on this pattern…..reason for the concern, identify similarities with past experiences, mechanisms and behaviors that were put in place, and ultimately, identify new possible solutions that could help in that specific moment……this scheme, even after the coaching experience has been valuable to solve different situations, and I keep on using it also now."
