Thank you for visiting.🙏 Stefanie is a globally recognised ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Leadership Trainer and Interim HR Manager. She empowers clients to identify their strengths, overcome stress triggers, and build self-awareness, unlocking greater confidence.

She offers: coaching, leadership training (including facilitating the 6-week Positive Intelligence course) and workshop facilitation. 

Stefanie is one of Europe's first certified Positive Intelligence Mastery Coach and has been applying this knowledge since 2020.

Her coaching work includes working with the inner critic, exploring available options and planning steps to achieve better work-life balance, increased self-confidence and healthier relationships with themselves and those around them.

With global experience as a leader, advisor and consultant across continents and industries, she brings a unique blend of insight to her coaching and training practice. Her recent 1-year assignment as Interim HR Director has strenghtened her first-hand experience of leadership and awareness of current organisational and leadership challenges.

Prior to self-employment, Stefanie worked for more than 15 years in a dynamic global technology environment, leading local and global teams in her roles as Head of HR and Senior HR Manager, based in Germany and Denmark. 

Since 2013 she has been supporting leaders from start-ups to large organisations in their development through coaching, training and consulting.

Stefanie is German 🇩🇪 with work experience in Denmark 🇩🇰, Ireland 🇮🇪Germany and Luxembourg🇱🇺. 

She is fluent in German and English.

As a person, Stefanie believes in lifelong learning and personal growth. At the end of her recent interim role, she took some time off to reflect on her learning and gain a new perspective, travelling to Portugal where she walked the Camino de Santiago. Stefanie lives in Luxembourg with her french husband, her two multi-cultural children and one very lively puppy.
