I support individuals on a range of challenges they face in their corporate career, running their own business or personal life. I've worked a lot with mid- and senior managers and executives of large corporations (e.g. BCG, Siemens, Allianz, PWC etc.), as well as mid-size companies and start-up / business owners.
Starting point can be different - a career change, professional growth, conflicts at work, relocation to another country, or overcoming barriers to start your own business. We will start with exploratory meeting, going throught your current situation, your objectives, cover what you've tried already, analyze what worked and what failed and why. Then we will explore the challenge on several levels - practical, rational, emotional, identify your motivators and barriers, develop a strategy, a plan and design support system to execute your plan. I will use a broad range of tools to work with your conscious, sub-conscious and emotional levels, keeping the fine balance between comfortable nice atmosphere and moderate challnege to help you grow.
Typically, significant progress is achieved within 6 sessions (weekly/bi-weekly), followed by ad-hoc upon request sessions to support your transformation journey as the new information, insights and experiences arrive.

Whatever is the challenge your team is facing, I am happy to support you utilizing my extensive experience as a coach, management consultant, trainer and business leader.
We will start with an exploratory meeting with the team leader to understand the situation, preceding events and team history, team dynamics, experience, challenges etc. We will also discuss expectations and desired outcomes.
Then I will talk to several team members to udnerstand their perspective, challenges and expectations.
Based on these initial diagnostics, I will develop a program proposal - with overall logic, timeline, number of sessions and their focus questions and align it with the team leader. Then I will develop a bespoke workshop / coaching session agenda for each of the group sessions and facilitate them. In between the sessions it will be the team's responsibility to work on some homework.
Usually such programs last for 2-6 months with sessions every 2-4 weeks. During the course of our work together we will maintain regular contact with the team leader for feedback and necessary adjustments to the original plan.
