I have helped hundreds of Executives progress thier careers over the last 12 years. My expertise incorporates; Executive Coaching, Career Planning and  Management for Executives across all sectors. This has included self esteem and confidence building, imposter syndrome  as well as  out-placement. My experience as a Director of Operations in the corporate world has given me both breadth and depth, as I am  able to relate to my clients and the challenges they face.

Most recently I have become a licenced menopause champion, helping women navigate thier path through a challenging time at work and home. This has also proved beneficial to the male Executives who I work with to help them navigate the journey with thier partners.
