DAVID FODEN

I work as a coach, facilitator and independent learning & development consultant based in London.  Over the past twenty years, I have worked across a variety of roles in Human Resources and Compliance focused on professional and leadership development.

As an experienced learning and talent professional, I am passionate about helping individuals and organisations unlock their potential. Drawing on my experience working with business leaders and professionals, I help coaching clients gain new insights and drive sustainable behavioural change. 

My education in psychology, psychotherapy and psychometrics, coupled with my interest in mental health and a supportive style, underpin a drive to help individuals balance improving both performance and wellbeing.

I place an emphasis on continuous learning and personal growth, providing support and challenge to create a coaching relationship based on trust, psychological safety and accountability. I help clients to explore challenges from new perspectives, identify their own solutions and leverage their personal experience, skills and networks to navigate complex issues.
