Most of us only tap into a small portion of our potential. Within each of us lies a goldmine, but like real mines, only a few are easily accessible, while most are buried deep beneath the wounds and barriers we've accumulated throughout life. As a coach, my role is to help uncover the entrance to this inner mine, allowing my clients to achieve a higher level of performance, well-being, and happiness.
After 25 years of experience in management and business development within software and consulting companies in the banking sector, I decided at the end of 2014 to shift my career towards what I always loved most as a manager: helping people grow and unlock their talents, both professionally and personally. After completing extensive training in coaching, Active Non-Violence, Collective Intelligence, Positive Intelligence™, NLP, and systemic approaches, I launched my own coaching and training practice.
My clients come to me with concerns related to leadership, team management, trust, imposter syndrome, self-esteem or self-confidence, delegation, communication, life purpose, motivation, conflict management, assertiveness, procrastination, time management, and working with teams.
I am available to companies for both individual and team coaching and training. I assist business owners in organizing their companies to be resources that serve people, rather than using people as mere resources for the company. I draw inspiration from the work of Frédéric Laloux ("Reinventing Organizations"), Isaac Getz ("Freedom, Inc."), Simon Sinek ("Start with Why"), and many others. I support CEOs in transitioning their organizations towards participatory governance models. As an author, I write books, give lectures, and publish articles on www.le-blog-des-leaders.com.
The core values of my practice are Love, Listening, Freedom, and Wonder. These values are deeply influenced by my Christian faith.
